Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding a newly purchased product from your website (). The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the watch I bought, which was delivered to my house, is broken.

To begin with, I would like to explain that its front mirror is shattered. As a result, I cut my finger while unboxing it. Furthermore, I ordered a watch in blue, but I received one in black instead. The product was also advertised at a 20% discount.

I am quite disappointed because black is not my favorite color. I would appreciate it if you could process my refund promptly. I believe this is a suitable solution, as I intended to give the watch as a gift to my friend, but his birthday has already passed.
