Hi Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I am facing from past 1 week. Unfortunately the situation was far from what I had expected, and I believe it requires your immediate attention.

Firstly, I am experiencing the frequent connection drops whenever I attend office meetings, as I work from home and I need the connection properly without disconnection. This was particularly disappointing because when my turn comes to show my screen and explain the senario the connection all of suddently drops and the opposite person cannot see my screen nor lsiten my voice clearly and facing difficulty.

Furthermore, the internect connection is slow speed, whenever I need to download the document I face problem and it takes long time to download the excel sheet or documents, and whenever I send any emails it’s not reaching on time.

In light of these circcumstances, I would appreciate it if you could solve the issue immidiately it would really help me to continue my office work from home. I would also request to refund the amount for not used the internet. I hope that you will look into this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent a similar situation from occuring in the future.
