I expect your company to take immediate action to resolve these problems. Specifically, I request a thorough inspection of the connection in my area, a restoration of stable and consistent service, and compensation or a billing adjustment for the period during which the service has been inadequate.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider switching to another provider.
