Dear Manager,
I hope you are doing well. I have been a regular customer of your shop for the past nine years. Although I have never experienced any problems with your products, I recently bought a ceiling fan from your store, which has a slight issue.
The fan works properly; however, it makes a strange noise when I set it to turbo mode. The technician who installed it mentioned that the issue might be related to the bearings. When I asked him to confirm this, he explained that opening the fan could void the warranty due to company policy.
As I purchased the fan about a week ago, I still have the receipt and warranty card. Since it is under warranty, I would like to make a claim for this product. I would prefer either a replacement or a refund.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Zack
