Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you about a problem with an item I recently bought from your store.

I purchased a small fridge from your store yesterday for storing food in my house.

However, after one day, the fridge stopped working properly, and it caused my ingredients to rot. This situation is very disappointing because I need the fridge for daily use.

I would like to request a replacement with a new one. I hope you can solve this problem as soon as possible.
