I am writing to inform you that the toy, I recently purchased from your online store has technical issue.
It was a talking Tom which repeats voice as showed in promotional videos at your site. The colour and size of product is exactly the same available at e-store. Unfortunately, the feature of voice is not present which was the primary reason to encourage me in making a successful purchase.
It is a dummy product. I searched multiple times for a button that could make him speak. But that was not useful as there is no battery insertion area that is visible on box.
I bought it on my nephew’s demand and when he opened, it left me surprised. I request your attention to this matter and kindly replace the toy with the one showed on website at early as possible as the boy has to catch flight in three days. Thank You.
