I trust you are doing great. I am writing this letter to share some good news with you. Guess what! I have finally secured the position of senior nursing officer at the Federal Medical Center Hospital in Abuja.
The reason I left my previous job was due to the salary structure. My previous hospital paid us below our pay grade, which was not in line with nursing remuneration standards. Additionally, we were frequently paid late and sometimes our monthly salaries were delayed and carried over to the next month.
However, I am thoroughly enjoying my new job. The new hospital has a better salary structure, and the amount I will be paid was clearly outlined in my appointment letter. My primary responsibility is working in the general outpatient department, where I see many patients. I assess their vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, and body mass index. It has been a whole new experience.
Lastly, I wanted to share that I was also provided with free accommodation. The place is conveniently located not far from the hospital.
