Dear John,

I hope you are in radiant health! I was over the moon when I heard about your engagement, and I am very sorry for not attending the ceremony. I am writing this letter to let you know about the new job I am starting from next week.

As you know, I was studying to become the software developer. I applied at this company about three months ago. Additionally, Interviewers were impressed with my resume and communication skills. Moreover, during interviews, I demonstrated my practical skills that made them hire me.

This job is about to solve various problems for clients using different programming langauges, and I am very excited about it. My new employer provides services in the banking sector, which will be helpful to gain knowledge about the finance domain as well as how latest technology impacts it.

Before this, I was doing a part time job as a tutor with my studies. However, I always wanted to be part of the development team at reputed company. Therefore, this opportunity is perfect for me.
