Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to provide feedback regarding the service that your company gave me in moving house essencial equipments recently.

To begin with, the workers came on time which shows their punctuality. There were 3 employees and they have a good experience in moving precious equipments. As a result, moving was quite smooth. They also helped me to pack some boxes as I was not able to pack the boxes before they arrived.

In addition, I would like to mention about your young employee name Ravi. He was excellent and because of his helpfull nature, he helped me a lot in packing and organaizing my crucial equipments such a sofa, gaming chair and bed frames.

Although, I would also to mention that because of their carelessness approch some boxes were not recieved as I expected, overall I had good experience with your company. In future if I need to move any equipment I will choose your company.
