I am writing this letter to express my bad experience that I had with your company. My name is Reya. I used your service for house shifting from Scarborough to Markham. The booking number is MX205 that I booked for shifting. After shifting when I was unpacking a stuff I noticed that some of my things were broken.
I am your old customer as I using your services from last 5 years for my company. I have trust in your services till now however, this time it was bad because due to rough driving and carelessness by your drivers my items were damaged. There was one big Chinese vase that was packed in cardboard box with one dinner set and all stuff was broken when I opened it. Moreover, my big mirror and a founder table is also ruined. I was not expected this behaviour from your company’s staff.
A request you to please ensure that from next time your staff works professionally and carefully. I also wanted that your company compensate for my damage.
