Dear Mr John’s,

I’m writing this letter to make inquiries on aa holiday park that is advertised by your company, because my family and I are planning on staying there.

We are interested in going for a holiday park this summer. We are a family of ten people , seven adults and three children aged four, ten and eleven. We planned and selected to go on 27th of February if no changes are made by your company.

I would like to request more information about the activities available in the park and also about a accommodation. Are there enough rooms for my family and I since it will be a busy holiday and since a lot of people are interested. And also is there a swimming pool my children love to swim.

Another thing is that, l’m wondering if you any available rooms at that time.

I’d like to thank you in advance for any information you can give me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
