Dear Mr Francis,

I’m writing to you because my family and I are planning our summer holiday next year. We saw the advertisement for your holiday park on the internet and my children thought it looked like a terrific place to stay.

We are a family of five people, two adults and three children aged four, seven and ten. We are planning to take our holiday in the first week of August from the 3rd for seven days.

My children love swimming and noticed that you have a big swimming pool in your holiday park. We were wondering if the pool has a slide and if so how big it is.

I know that August is a busy time so I’m wondering if you have any accommodation for a family of five available at that time.

I’d like to thank you in advance for any information you can give me and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
