My name is Rika, one of your customers last week. I choose your company to build my garden.

We have made a deal that the work is only around the back garden and it cost Rp 10.000.000. At the meeting, I told you on repeat about the quality of the garden. I want it to be the best quality and you told me the cost of it and we made an agreement based on the cost.

However, after a week of your work, most of the plants are died. Your company said the quality of the plants are the best among any plants but it did not.

I expect full responsibility from your company. Whether you want to replanting or do full refund of my cost because it is not met our agreement.
