I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this because I find the kitchen renovation unsatisfactory. Firstly, two plates were broken, which is very irresponsible. Secondly, this renovation took nearly 8 hours which is way beyond than what other companies get it done for. Thirdly, it was promised to me that your company uses a high quality epoxy for the wall, however I find the wall very sticky, and it was peeling. I expect a partial refund or if possible.
