Dear Sir,

I am writing to you concerning the service that was rendered to me by your company on the 19th of July 2025 at 46 McNeil road Yaba. I requested for my television and microwave to be fixed.

However, I am very displeased with the work that was done by your staffs, the microwave had only a plug issue and after your workers tried to fixed it, I noticed a loud noise coming from it everytime I try using it.

Also, my television screen was damaged by one of your staff due to how careless he was handling it sent a mail concerning this and I did not get any response.

I would humbly request for a solution to be done to my microwave and also for you to cover the cost of fixing my tv screen.

I look forward to your response in the next 5 business days to know what will be done.
