Dear Sir/Ma

I recently received the letters you wrote to me as regrading the noise coming from my apartment. I sincerely apologize if the noise could have caused any inconveniences.

I recently rented the apartment and when I came for inspection, I noticed I still needed to make some improvements to the general look of the house so it can be called home. I noticed some of the applicances in the house are no more functional and some are quite outdated. So, a little repair here and there by the carpenter, electrician and other workers may have caused the noise.

I want to sincerely apologize for the noise coming from my place if it had caused you any form of inconveniences. Kindly bear with me as the repairs will be finished up as soon as possible.

I will inform the workers in the house to increase the pace to their work so they can finish up on time so as to ensure the environment gets back to it serenity.
