Dear Tom,

I am writing to you regarding the lack of digital skills and computer literacy among our elders, while the need for technology is increasing. we need to host more educational workshops to solve this problem.

In the current day and age the need for technology in our day to day life has become immensely urgent. You can’t navigate any facility without at least some computer usage. That being said, I suggest that we host workshops that offer mobile usage tutorials and computer skills courses. This should be specifically helpful for our older residents and help them keep up with today’s tools.

where I can help is to host these courses and print attractive posts to attract newcomers. I can also help organising and make free snacks for attendees. I know many people who may benefit from this course and many others who need it.
