Dear Ms. Macalinao,

I am your tenant from Unit B, Baguio Pines Apartment, in front of Baguio Elementary School, and I have been renting your flat for five months now. I am writing to complain about some of the furniture, which I find displeasing and in need of replacement.

As I noticed, the wooden dining table set is in poor condition. The legs of the table are already wobbly and damaged by termites. Moreover, the wooden chairs on the balcony are already damaged due to the excessive moisture they get from the splashing of rain inside the room. Consequently, I feel distressed because it disrupts me whenever I want to eat at the dining table, take breaks from work, and sit on the balcony.

Some of the furniture is exposed to rainstorms, which is why I suggest replacing it with one that is made of plastic or stainless steel, as this option is low-cost and water-resistant, an alternative to the wooden ones. I hope that this offers a solution without having many expenses.
