I am writing to bring your attention to an issue with the heating system in apartment 905, Orion Building.

Since 01/10/2026, it has not been functioning properly; specifically, the temperature level in the flat has not risen above +20°C.

The extreme cold inside has made it particularly difficult to stay at home. The weather is becoming colder, and the outside temperature is expected to fall to +10°C. This issue creates discomfort and health concerns. I have had a cold this week and have had to take sick leave, which has affected my ability to perform my work duties in a timely manner. Actually, I can’t stay at home because of the unbearable conditions, and I can’t go to my office because I am sick.
