Dear Landlord,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to let you know about some problems in the apartment that I recently rented.

The plumbing system is not working properly. The kitchen sink is leaking, and the bathroom tap keeps dripping all the time. Also, the heating system does not work well. Sometimes it does not turn on, and the rooms become very cold, especially at night.

These problems are making my daily life difficult. The leaking water makes the floor wet, and I am worried that someone might slip. The cold temperature is also uncomfortable, and it is difficult to stay in the apartment for a long time.

I kindly request that you arrange for a plumber and a technician to repair these problems as soon as possible. I hope the apartment can be made safe and comfortable to live in.
