Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that i recently bought an item from your shop, but when I got home, I discovered that it was damaged.
The item that I purchased was a loaf of bread. I picked it up from the front shelf without noticing its expiry date. Than I sliced it using the automatic slicer installed near the exit. I packed the slices of bread in a plastic bag and left the store. I visited the store last Friday.
When I returned home I stored the loaf in the refrigerator and went to my routine work. After some time I retrieved the bread from the cool box to eat, I noticed there was a green mould covering every slice.
I would be very grateful if you could please return the item or replace it with a freshly baked piece. I read your return policy it says sliced bakery items will not be subjected to return unless they are expired. So this perfectly aligns with your policy.
Yours faithfully,
John.
