Dear sir or madam

I am writing in order to express my dissatisfaction with bathroom

My name is John Smith and have lived for 3 years in here .Nowadays, I have an issue with bathroom .During 3 or 4 days ,we have not frigid and scorching water . Moreover,canalazation is networking and that cause a verty of discomfortable .Such as, we have not shower on time that there is attraction odor to networking conalazation.And that can be negative impact for our health .There for ,I would like it to be fixed .In my opinion,you should visit around 10 or 12 am . Because at that time I am at college and i am free .

Unless I hear from you within 3 days ,I shall have to legal advice on the matter.I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
