Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing regarding the concerns, that I have been facing with the accomodation in this place. It would be great, if your prompt attention in this matter.

My name is Robin, living in the college, room no: 62. I am sharing this room with a student. Eventhough, this is a spacious room, I am unable to work peacefully inside the house. These days, my roommate is having his midterm break and the most of the days he will be here.

The problem is when i am working, I think he is also working for a part-time job. So, i feel the sound inside this space is so disturbing for me.

I really want to move to a new place and also now i prefer a single room with all the needful things. It would be greatly appreciated, if you could do this for me as soon as possible
