Dear Sir,

I am writing to draw your attention to the current housemate arrangement. Since last week, I have been very unhappy to share that my housemate is intolerable and makes it challenging for me to live in this place. I hope you will consider my situation favourably.

Let me explain my situation. The trouble started 3 months ago when my new housemate arrived. Prior to him, my previous roommate was gentle, kind, and considerate. We used to divide tasks at home and help to manage their completion so that our rest days could get less hectic and we could concentrate on our studies. I always try to keep the rooms and kitchen clean and tidy before leaving for college, but he uses to scatter all the things all around, which makes me feel weird to do other chores. At night, he uses to play music at a high volume; I couldn’t get to sleep early and rise up the next morning on time, due to which I usually miss my train to the college.

Therefore, would you transfer me or my housemate to another place with someone who considers others’ situations and is kind? I want to stay in a place where a person likes a quiet and calm area.
