Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern about the elevator in our apartment has not been working properly since two weeks ago. Although that I pleased that we have so many good facilities and good service since I live here particularly for family facilities, but I think we should considered about the matter that happening for the past few days.

This has been inconvenience for everyone, especially for those who live on the upper floors. And sometimes I saw there are disabilities can not access the elevator and their family have to carry him. In both of the cases it is really a serious problem.

Although this causes me and other residence especially when we are in hurry. My neighbours either trying not to hurry but sometimes we often in a rush, we end up running on the stairs and sometimes we slip.

I kindly suggest that the maintenance staff of this apartment could be repair the elevator as soon as possible. It would be helpfull if you could be inform us about when the repair will be done.
