Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring your attention to a problem that my neighbours are experienceing and I am also one of them.

My name is Sanjana, a resident of New Bank Colony, Dakha. In my locality, there are almost 50 houses. However, there are only 9 electricity poles for community members. Unfortunately, three of them were damaged because of heavy rainfall. Moreover, it has become a problem for workers who works till night. They suffer from difficulties to pass road safely. I regret to say that yesterday an accident occurred at my locality because of darkness. That person was injured badly.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could install some new electricity poles to provide safe environment. Additionally, please send an electrician to repair damaged electricity poles. I would be very grateful if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience.
