Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to inform you that I have a spare room to rent out to a student. I have been informed by the resources that the University is facing a lot of difficulties in accommodating students in the University Hostel.

The room has a single bed with well-lit natural sunlight through its spacious balconies. It is suitable enough for one occupant. However, the tenant must agree to share the common facilities.

The tenant should be comfortable in a family environment. He is going to be treated like one. We are a family of four, myself, my wife, and our two teenage daughters. The food will be eaten along with the family, and house rules that are applicable to my children are applicable to him/her.

Since we are renting to a student, we will be charging a standard rate. I hope to hear from you with a list of tenants to select from.

Yours Sincerely,

Mohammad Hashim
