Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to have you informed that I have a spare room to rent out to a student. I have been informed from the resources that the University has facing a lots of difficulties in accommodation of students in the University Hostel.

The room has single bed with well lit natural sunlight through its spacious balconies. It is suitable enough for one accomodator. However the tenant must be agreed to share the common facilities.

The tenant should be comfortable in a family environment. He going to be treated like one. We are family of four, myself, my wife and the two teenage daughters. The food will be eaten along with the family and house rules that are applicable on my children are applicable on him/her.

Since we are renting to a student, we will be charging standard rate. I hope to hear from you with list of tenants to select from.
