Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to enquire about the wallet which I lost in your hotel in 8th May 2025.

My wallet was made of alligator leather which is quiet expensive. It has 3 zippers and large sticker of a cat on it which is easy to recognize, although it is a black wallet, it seems greenish when sun is up. Moreover, it can also glow in the dark which helps me to find it easily. I was a client in your hotel and I rented the flat for one week and two days. The number of my flat was 456.

I usually keep my essential things; my passport, credit cards and even my flight ticket in it which makes my wallet crucial for me.

That would be great if you could help me to get my wallet back. I am sure that I lost it in your hotel.

I hope this letter finds you in a good spirits and I believe you will help me.
