I am Mohamed Anwar, one of your regular passengers. I am writing to inform you that I missed my flight from Cairo to Montreal on 22nd October due to a disagreement at the airport.
First, I arrived at the airport at 10 am to get my flight, which was at 3 pm, an there was a maintenance work at my flight gate. Therefore, I was asked to use the next entrance. However, the worker there did not allow me to pass, and I missed my flight.
Second, this situation had many bad consequences for me as I should have been in Canada for signing a new important contract for my country. As I have to be attended to sign, they postpone it to 24th October.
Finally, because of your reputation and high-quality customer service, I would be grateful if you could schedule a flight on 24th October at your expense.
