Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in great spirits. I am Kiranpreet, a resident of Surrey BC whose flight number was CT45687C, boarding to Australia. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about your airport services that had unexpectedly arisen and caused a hinderance on the scheduled flight.
On August 3rd, I was beyond excited to board to attend an important business conference with a team of overseas sales representatives. While I arrived on the YVR airport 3 hours before landing airplane as per the provided instructions, security check-in agents took considerable time in weighing luggage and affix detailed stickers on passengers’ suitcases, resulting in missing my flight.
Regrettably, due to these unforeseen circumstances, not only the fee I pay to the prebooked hotel was a waste but also lost a tremendous opportunity to go over innovative product catalogues launching in our company this summer.
To rectify this inconvenience, I must bring this matter to your consideration and kindly request you to recruit more workforce at security check-ins, ensuring your customers’ satisfaction and best service towards their hospitality. Also, It would be greatly appreciated if you can reimburse the associated price at your own convenience.
Thank you for your understanding, and looking forward to hearing from you soon,
Yours faithfully,
Kiran
