I am writing to inform you that I missed my recent flight, flight number AB1234 from Tashkent to Istanbul on April 5th, due to an issue at the airport.
When I arrived at the airport well ahead of time, I was informed that the check-in system was temporarily down, and the queue was not moving for over an hour. By the time the system resumed, there was not enough time to complete the check-in and security procedures, and as a result, I was not allowed to board the plane.
Missing this flight caused me significant inconvenience, as I had an important business meeting scheduled the next morning in Istanbul. I also had to purchase a new ticket at a much higher price and make changes to my hotel reservation.
I would appreciate it if your airline could consider a refund or some form of compensation for the additional expenses I incurred due to this issue.
