Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that I was unable to board my international flight due to a technical error at the airport.

I reached at the airport in time. I was in a queue for documents verification. Suddenly the server stopped working due to some technical issue. The dedicated technical team was unable to find the issue thus everything came to halt. Therefore, I missed my flight. As my bussiness meeting was scheduled but due to there unforeseen circumstances, I could not attend it. This not only damaged my professional image but also made me lose my bussiness project.

I would like to request you to refund my ticket and arrrange an immediate flight. Due to the carelessness of the airline staff, my bussiness trip got ruined causing huge financial loss to me. I hope you will do the needful and provide me with the best solution.
