Dear Mrs. Muugii,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a leave of absence from work for personal reasons.

I am planning to take a CFA exam, which is an international exam for my profession. As you know, I have been preparing for this exam for the last 5 months. This is the last month that I can prepare; therefore, it is very important to me. I don’t need to explain how big an exam it is.

I think I can work remotely when I am needed. All work-related files are in a shared OneDrive, so I can access them from anywhere. Also, I will check emails and Teams chats right away. After all of this, I will keep up-to-date regularly.

If you are concerned about who would cover my work, there is no need to worry. My co-worker Enkhjin can help me with this. I have already asked her.
