My name is Sam, and I recently ordered a cheque book from your branch about two weeks ago. However, I haven’t received it yet. Thus, I am writing this letter to express my concern and dissatisfaction about the service I am receiving.
I was supposed to received it on the last Monday. Though, there is no delivery made till today. Furthermore, I run a small business, and to provide everyone with their payroll on time, I need the cheque book. As I am not well versed with the technology, my attempt to make online transactions failed. This is impacting my staff as well my inventory, as without cheque I am not able to complete the order from my business account.
Therefore, I am requesting you to resolve this issue immediately. Moreover, can you let me know if there is an any way to track my cheque book delivery, and when the delivery will be made? To prevent this kind of issue in future, may I know if there is a way to get a cheque book from my home branch directly?
