Dear Sir,
I received the product that I bought from your company yesterday. It was a music player but when I tried to opened the delivery box, I saw it has already opened due to poor delivering. Because of this, the product had been damaged too. I tried to press to the player’s button but it didn’t move even a bit. I guess it stucks while the delivering process. So I couldn’t use it. I am deeply disappointed to experience such a thing so I want to return this immediately. I hope you will be careful next time.
