Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inquire about phone cases I ordered from your shop online, which i have not yet received.
Almost three weeks ago, I happened to see an advertisement of beautiful phone covers on social media by your shop, which clearly stated that it would be delivered in 2-5 days after placing the order, but it’s been more than 20 days days, and I have not received it.
Additionally, upon waiting for two weeks, I emailed on the given mail on your website regarding my issue with details and order number, but I have not gotten a reply back, which was the least expected thing. This is not professional behaviour.
Lastly, I am not sure if I will get a response for this email or not, but I would appreciate either to receive my order, which I do not even remeber now how it appaered or else, I would request my money back, which is around 50 dollars.
I am waiting for your prompt response, and ecpect a better service this time.
