I have been a satisfied customer of you online shop for about a year, and as you will see from your portal that I have previously purchased several items from your online site. However, this time I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the purchase of product SNK12234 placed through the internet on 12th october 2025.
Please allow me to explain the situation. While,I was scrolling through your onine shop page,a really stunning pair ear pods caught my attention and instantly I knew that I really needed this in my life. The web said that I will receive the product in 5 days at my address, so I made the purchase online immediately with my debit card.
However, I have still not received the product. When I contacted the customer service, I was told that I will have to wait for another two days for the delivery. It has been three days since I called the customer helpline and I have not still received my item. Yesterday I emailed the chief officer of the customer care to inform him about situation but unfortunately I did not get any prompt reply from him yet.
The experience was entirely unacceptable and inorder to avoid such ordeal in the future, I would like to request you to instantly deliver my package today or perhaps process a full refund of the amount paid.
