Dear sir,

I hope you are in good health. Today morning, I received my order which was ordered by me last week. On that day, a purse and a dress were ordered by me, and I am writing this letter to inform you about things that I received which are completely different from my order. I was shocked to see that both things were different.

I ordered a light pink colour purse which has golden handle and ordered white colour dress. I received pink colour purse but it was from different brand and has no any handle on that. Another item is that I received white dress, size of this dress if different and material was also different from which was given in online website.

I have been a regular customer from your website but such a problem occurred for the first time. I paid online for the two things and I have receipt of that order. I would like you to either send me refund or change the thing that I ordered.
