Today, I have received my order for the external hard disk and camera which I had ordered over the internet from your website . I was shock to see that both the things were totally difference from what I had purchased.

My quotation mentioned that the hard disk is a Microsoft company of 500GB. But I received a Sony company having memory of 250GB. Second item is a Canon power slot camera of 12 mega pixel and you sent me a Sony cyber slot of 7.2 mega pixel.

I have been a regular customer from your website but such problem had occurred for the first time. I fully paid through online of these two things when I ordered and I printed out the receipts. I fail to understand how this mistake could have been done.

I request you to either send the refund or actual items which I had bought. Also explain how you want me to send these items which I send back to you.

I hope a prompt reply from you regarding this matter.
