Dear John,

I hope you find this letter. I am writing this letter to let you know that I vacant the Flat on 31st November 2024 as my lease was ended. It has been more then 15 days, and I did not received the security deposit which was fulling refundable at the end of the lease.

At the time of renting the flat, I took a plethora videos and photos. During the time of vacating I sent you the video of the flat which as neat and clean. You can sent me the security bank on my email ID which is, maknojiazack@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

Furthermore, if you did not return my deposit back with next 3 business days. I will take legal action against you. Also, I have inform the housing board about this issue. And, they are filling charges against you.
