Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I have been living in the 3230 street Birham, 10th Apartment 3 years and we had an agreement that when I will move from this home I will be refunded my deposit automatically but it is almost 3 weeks and I have not received my mony still.

I am moving to canada for the rest of my life and as you know that we always need more money when we go to a new place. Also, I am going there as a student and I need to pay for my first semeste I am running out of money.

Unfortunately, I will have to take an action if you still not deciding to change your mind. I have each and every needed document as a proof to file a complaint against you, but I am aware that you are going to have a hard time otherwise.
