Dear Jenil,

I am writing to missed our get together due to i was unable to board my flight.

When i reached to the airport, staff members told me flight is delayed for 2 hours and i was looking around various parts of airport shops in place of waiting nearby the boarding area. Suddenly, they announce that flight is departing on time but unfortunately I didn’t hear it clearly and missed my flight.

Because of my mistake that hits me a lot as we planned to meet and deciding to plan for new venture. I feel regret about it that I wouldn’t wait nearby and it costs me a lot.

However, i will take next possible flight to come there and meet again for our venture but meanwhile can you please handle everything there? I will meet you there as soon as possible.
