Dear Shahul,
I am writing this letter to let you know why I missed the meeting Because my company called me for an urgent bug inspection in a code made by the interns. I felt sorry for not attending the meeting that we have been planning for couple of weeks.
Recently, we hired three interns. They are specialised in Data Analytics. Our team decided to let them interns test the code. Perhaps that will help them to get comfortable with the environment quicker. Eventually, they did mess up things which I don’t blame them though.
For that reason, my manager called me immediately to clear the bug and send the code to the client. Eventually, ruined my plans for the rest of the day.
Amid all these Chaos the good news is that, I am taking up a new onsite project. I will be coming to Texas next month. We can catch up while I visit the states. I hope this news this should make up for our cancelled meeting.
Yours Faithfully,
NBR
