Respected sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to apologize to you that I am not able to join this job for certain reason.

I applied in your company for the job and one of my friend suggested me for this job. My main reason to apply for this job was salary and other benefits such as pickup and drop facility, holidays and many more reasons which I did not get in my current job. When my manager got to know that I have applied for the job in other company for all these reasons so he called me in his office and we discussed about the issue after few conversation the manager accepted all my demands and he did not want to let go of an experienced employee as I am working for this company since 10 years. So due to these reasons I am unable to join in your company.

Please accept my sincere apologies
