Dear Sir or Madam,
Hope you are doing fine. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding one of my document folder which was left behind in the auditorum during the “Job For All” event held at RR Palace in Mahabalipuram on November 3, 2024. Me and my friends had attended it seeking job opportunities in any suitable firm.
Its a pale green coloured plain folder with no name on the front. It has multiple slides containing my original Educational documents which are very essential for my future career. It also contains my original passport and few other certificates which I received during my Engineering degree.
After attending the “Welcome Speech by Miss. Harsha” at the beginning, we all went to the Auditorum and listen to the remarkable speech from our DSP Sylendra Babu towards making India Corruption free country. Post the speech, we ended up going to cafeteria where we had our lunch and then came to the Job fair section in 1st floor. I cracked the interview with TVS Automotives and was excitedly waiting for their final response in the common hall which is located left side of the 1st floor lobby. I did not remember carrying my folder with me after that event. I assume it should be in the common hall somewhere near the podium to the right where they arranged all the chairs.
It would be very much appreciated if you can help me with retaining my document folder from the mentioned location and let me know when can I come and pick it from your office. Kindly assist with visiting hours and venue details so that I can collect the folder on the mentioned date. These documents are very important so kindly consider checking them once from your end and reply.
