I hope this letter finds you well. I recently attended Breast Cancer Awareness conference held on 10th April 2025 at Pearl Resort. Although the conference was informative and engaging, I was disappointed with the catering service.
The problem I experienced with catering was firstly, the dishes were not clearly labelled, making it difficult for individuals to make informed decisions. Secondly, the food was often cold and unappetizing, seems to be that it had been sitting out for too long.
Moreover, the poor service had a noticeable impact on conference. Many attendees, including myself, were distracted by the lack of quality food. Additionally, the long lines and wait times for refreshments caused some attendees to miss important sessions of the conference.
To improve the catering service for further conferences, I would suggest you to clearly label food items, and ensure to have efficient service staff to manage the catering to reduce the time and rush at refreshment areas.
I hope that these suggestions will help to enhance the catering service for your hotel and I look forward to attend future conference with delightful and improved catering services.
