Dear Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well. I want to request permission to take the presentation for the programme. I recently saw an advertisement in the newspaper, The Times of India. Tata Institute organise the programme for the event for the environment

Firstly, I have one presentation in mind, and I will spend around 45 minutes on how to communicate with colleagues. However, could you tell me who will participate in this programme? Where do you take this programme? Please provide me with detailed information about the programme.

If you suggest the topic to me, I will definitely take this programme. I will add some good slides to the presentation.
