Dear Mr. John,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my interest in attending the business conference that will be held at our Auditorium this coming Friday. I would be grateful if I could join this conference, which will feature many renowned entrepreneurs.

Recently, I read an article about this conference, which gave me a clear understanding of its objectives. I noticed that many professionals with a business background in mechanical engineering are expected to attend. I am eager to interact with individuals who have diverse perspectives and innovative ideas on cutting‑edge technologies.

I have been working in the field of mechanical engineering for two years, especially in the automotive industry, where I have identified recurring production problems.
