Dear Executive Director,

I am writing to ask for permission to give presentation to my department collegues on the the information gained from the attended conference.

In fact Sir, the presentation is on the amendement of family law that have displayed in official gazette recently. Through powerpoint, i will present those changes relate with the entire law.

The main topic is amendement of some family provisions. The topic will cover procedural way of handling family issues, succession hierarchy and property’s right of spouse. to begin with procedure, the amenedement requires that every family problem should be at first instance resolved in family council, which took a written decision to be taken into consideration or to be appealed by whoever find it unfair. Failure to present the written family council meeting decision will lead to inadmissibility to court. Secondly, On the list of successor, the widow or widower, was given same rights as first successor as the deceased children. The last point will be on property right of spouse, which gives full entitlement to parents. Those topics will took 3 hours presentation timean.

However, they will be need of participation of all legal practitioners but mainly paralegals since they are the one who provide legal aid services and face many family cases in their daily work.
